Create a free account
Sign in with Google or an email address. No card needed.

Start on sample data
Your account opens on our sample company, a demo hardware distributor, so you can try every question before connecting anything.

Connect your system
We set up the connection to your ERP with you on a short call. Each system page says exactly how.
How to connect in ChatGPT

Open ChatGPT
In ChatGPT, open Apps and find Lancaster Purchasing. It is coming soon to the ChatGPT app directory.

Connect
Click Connect and sign in with your Lancaster account. ChatGPT asks you once to allow access.

Ask
Try: "What should I reorder this week?" or "Draft a PO for my top vendor."
To disconnect, remove Lancaster Purchasing under Apps in ChatGPT's settings, or delete your account from your account page.

Your data
- Each company's data is kept separate from every other company's.
- We create a purchase order in your system only after you confirm it.
- Our servers run no AI model. ChatGPT sees the answers to the questions you ask it.
- Delete your account at any time and your company data is deleted within 30 days.
